1. General Agreement

All software engineering, architectural consulting, and digital development agreements commissioned with GORBATECH SOLUTIONS O.E. are governed by European Union commercial law and specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

2. Intellectual Property & White-Label Engagements

Custom software engineering delivered on a white-label basis transfers full proprietary intellectual property rights to the client or partnering agency upon final settlement, as specified in individual delivery contracts.
